Deji Ogunleye, MBA, CIM®
Principal and Managing Consultant
Deji is an experienced professional with 15+ years of experience in investments, strategy, advisory, client engagement and business value delivery for the B2C and B2B segments. He is a big-picture strategic thinker who understands the unique nuances of creating value for clients and delivering impactful solutions on projects for meaningful results and business growth. Some of his previous professional experiences include roles at Canadian big banks, the asset management division at an investment bank, and a social impact-focused private capital firm deploying capital into businesses led by female founders. Deji is an Expert-on-Demand with Edmonton Unlimited - the innovation agency of the City of Edmonton Metropolitan Region which provides tech startups with supports to become investment-ready and fund-raising.
He advises startup founders and businesses to unlock business value through hands-on guidance in strategy, value creation and fundraise readiness, and his passion lies at the intersection of strategy, entrepreneurial thinking, and innovation which help to drive economic growth, wealth creation, and social impact through societal well-being.
